LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HOME LOAN(TENTATIVE) FOR SALARIED
Important: All documents are to be self attested.
- Date of birth proof of all applicants.(PAN Card, Pass Port,10th Mark sheet).
- ID proof of all applicants. (PAN Card, Pass Port, Voter ID).
- Residence proof of all applicants.(Pass Port, Ration Card, Post paid Bill, Electric Bill, Employer Certificate, Affidavit in case of House wife).
- Photograph of all applicants duly self attested on the front side.
- Latest 3 months salary slip in original or duly attested by HR/Accounts dept. (if there is variation in gross salary too then 6 months salary slips) & CTC (If required).
- Latest six month bank statement (Till Date) where salary is credited. (Net down loaded statements should be stamped & signed by the respective bank and this should accompany one month/ quarter of previous statement in original or copy.).
- Latest Form 16 along with ITR Of Last Two Years..
- Copy of Appointment Letter/Contract Letter in case of job changed within one year along with previous employer’s Form 16.
- Higher Qualification Certificate.
- In case of any loan EMI going from any of your other bank, then copy of bank statement for latest six month along with a sanction letter ( of that loan ) or latest track record..
- Copy of Property papers along with Construction Estimate and sanction Plan Copy.

Important: All documents are to be self attested.
- Date of birth proof of all applicants.(PAN Card, Pass Port,10th Mark sheet).
- ID proof of all applicants. (PAN Card, Pass Port, Voter ID).
- Residence proof of all applicants.(Pass Port, Ration Card, Post paid Bill, Electric Bill, Employer Certificate, Affidavit in case of House wife).
- Photograph of all applicants duly self attested on the front side.
- Proof of business address.
- Statement of bank account for the last six months.
- Signature identification from present bankers
- Personal Assets and Liabilities Statements in Bank’s standard format
- Brief write up of securities charged in respect of other loans availed from our Bank/other Banks/ Housing & Auto Finance Companies /other sources.
- Three years I.T.Returns duly acknowledged by I.T Deptt./ I.T. Assessment Orders for computation of income*
- Copies of challans in respect of advance payment of income tax*
- In case of any loan EMI going from any of your other bank, then copy of bank statement for latest six month along with a sanction letter ( of that loan ) or latest track record..
